My story
For many years, I didn’t see my worth. I constantly sought external validation, whether through my career, relationships, or achievements.
No matter how much I did or accomplished, it never felt like enough.
I spent years on autopilot, moving from one thing to the next without truly questioning whether it was what I wanted or needed. My turning point came when I was approaching my 30s when I realised I had been living with self-doubt and perfectionism, never feeling like I was good enough.
After constantly trying to prove myself and pushing myself to overcompensate for my perceived flaws (doing a job I didn’t like and wasn’t very good at, to be completely honest), I inevitably ended up with burnout, unhappiness, and anxiety. It wasn’t until 2020 when I felt completely stuck in most areas of my life, that I began to delve into personal development, therapy, and coaching.
Through these experiences, I understood that the path to self-worth and self-love begins from within - not from external accomplishments or others’ approval.
But here's the thing; things aren’t perfect now, and I don’t claim to have it all figured out. Perfectionism still shows up, and there are days I massively wrestle with self-doubt.
One of the most powerful shifts I made in my journey was learning to set boundaries. For years, I put others’ needs and requests before my own, thinking that was what I “should” do. But I discovered that setting boundaries wasn’t selfish - it was essential to my well-being.
Along the way, I also began to shift how I viewed failure. I used to see mistakes as evidence that I wasn’t good enough - either something I had done wrong or a flaw I needed to fix. Everything felt like a personal failure, an indicator that I wasn’t measuring up. But as I grew and learned, I realised that failure isn’t something to fear or avoid; it’s a part of growth.
The difference in my life now is that I’ve developed the tools to embrace my flaws and believe in my worth and value, just as I want to help you to.
I’ve discovered that true self-worth doesn’t come from what we achieve or how others perceive us. It’s about accepting ourselves, loving ourselves unconditionally, and knowing we are worthy. It’s about setting boundaries that honour who we are and having the confidence to trust ourselves and make decisions that align with our true values.
That’s the journey I want to help you embark on - a journey where you can let go of perfectionism and external validation, embrace your unique self, and create a life where you feel truly enough and fulfilled. You don’t have to be perfect to feel worthy of the life you want to live. You don’t have to spend your life worrying about other people’s judgements of you or trying to be accepted by everyone because the only person who needs to accept all of you is you.
If you're ready to step into your power and start living the life you’ve always wanted, I’d love to support you.

I encourage others to grow, learn, evolve, and change, this includes making room for mistakes and embracing being a messy human. I am also a messy human on my own personal growth journey, and I integrate this into my practice.
-
I strive to always be honest with others through my words, actions, and coaching practice. I do this by staying truthful to what I believe to be true, what I think matters, and what I believe works.
-
My commitment is to ensure that those I work with have the best possible experience through my dedication and support. I deeply care about your experience, growth, and well-being, and I am committed to providing you with what you need.

It is hugely important to me that the people I work with find joy in their journey of growth and learning. Self-discovery is an empowering, joyful journey that can move you forward.
